We believe that all people with Down syndrome should have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.   Vision Big Valley Down Syndrome Society will create the largest Down syndrome support group in the Central Valley to meet the needs of families for support and to share information.     Mission BVDSS's mission is to enhance the quality of life for all people whose lives are affected by Down syndrome.   Brief History BVDSS was established in 2008 by parents in the San Joaquin County who share a vision to improvement the quality of life for persons with Down syndrome in our community.
